You have the right to erase any personal data processed by Vamika at any time except for the following situations.
*you have an ongoing matter with Customer Service
*you have an open order which has not yet been shipped or partially shipped
*you have an unsettled debt with Vamika group, regardless of the payment method
*if you are suspected or have misused our services within the last four years
*your debt has been sold to a third party within the last three years or one year for deceased customers
*your credit application has been rejected within the last three months
*if you have made any purchase, we will keep your personal data in connection to your transaction for bookkeeping rules.
Your right to object to direct marketing:
You have the right to object to direct marketing, including profiling analysis made for direct marketing purposes.

* following the instruction in each marketing mails
* by editing the settings of your Vamika account

You have the right to request that Vamika group restricts the process of your personal data under the following circumstances:

*if you have claim that your personal data is incorrect, Vamika group must restrict all processing of such data pending the verification of the accuracy of the personal data.

*if Vamika group no longer needs the personal data but it is required for your to make of defending legal claims.

Return and Refund:
We hope you love our products always, and never need to come to this page. But in an extremely rare case that you do, here is our returns policy:

NO RETURNS AS ALL PIECES ARE MADE TO ORDER. Products will be shipped to you within 10-15 days from the date of order placed. All orders placed are non-returnable. In the case of any alteration requirement of purchased piece within 14 days, please drop a mail at email@example.com
Once the vamika pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). Customer gets a credit note, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.
If the product is not from sale section then itwill not be eligible for size exchange
Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering.
